Heat a large skillet over high heat. Dip fish fillets first in lemon juice,. both sides. Pan fry the coated fillets in butter or oil. Fry Fillets over medium heat for. fork.

  1. Take clean fish, put chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper and salt into fish
  2. Mix well and till masala applied in all fish. After put 1/2 lemon and mix well.
  3. Rest 1 hour or 1/2 hour in the fridge
  4. Take a Kadhai and heat well
  5. After heat kadai put coconut oil to Kadhai, after heat oil put fish into kadhai, put some curry leaves.
  6. After cooked one side, Cook another side.(cooking time both sides 8 to 10 minutes in low flame)
  7. Now it ready to serve.

Drizzle with Honey and Lemon if desired. Fry it in a small amount of regular olive oil. Wipe out the pan, melt some butter, add lemon juice and parsley, pour it on the fish… and that's it!
